Summary
Located in the heart of Auckland CBD, the Town Hall is one of the city’s most iconic buildings. We worked on Stage 2 of the restoration plans, focusing on the prow and terrace, where we performed maintenance, stone repairs, and cleaning.
Lime Works has been entrusted with:
- Re-carving stone decorative elements
- Deconstruction and re-build of stone elements
- New stonework to match existing
- Repair stone scars and deteriorated stone faces
- Plaster repairs
- Steam cleaning and biociding.
- Repairing old bird proofing elements and installing new ones where needed.
