Located at the heart of Parnell, the Mayfair Building is an iconic landmark that’s hard to miss when you’re visiting the area.
We tackled Stage 1 and 2 of the façade repairs, carefully deconstructing the damaged window lintels and rebuilding them. Repointing, fixing missing and damaged bricks, and giving the entire building a thorough clean-up.
