Mayfair Apartments

Situated in the heart of Parnell, the Mayfair Building is an iconic landmark that’s impossible to miss when visiting the area.

We undertook Stages 1 and 2 of the façade repairs. This included the deconstruction of damaged window lintels and their rebuilding, the reporting and repairing of missing and damaged bricks, and a full clean-up of the entire building.

Lime Works has been entrusted with:

  • Window’s lintel deconstruction and rebuilding

  • Re-pointing

  • Repairing damaged bricks

  • Removing redundant fixings

  • Façade cleaning

  • Scaffold and scrim protection in place.

  • Removal of the plaster over the damaged lintels.

  • Lintel deconstruction in progress.
