Situated in the heart of Parnell, the Mayfair Building is an iconic landmark that’s hard to miss when visiting the area.
We undertook Stage 1 and 2 of the façade repairs, deconstructing the damaged window lintels and rebuilding them. Our work included repointing, repairing missing and damaged bricks, and giving the entire building a thorough cleanup.
