Summary
The St. James Apartments Building, located in Auckland’s CBD, has stood in the city for over 100 years. Originally built for the YMCA, it was converted into an apartment building in the 1990s.
Our team focused on repairing the rear façade, addressing damaged plaster and cracks, and removing redundant fixings to prepare the elevation for a complete repaint. Once this work was completed, we bird-proofed the internal light wells.
Additionally, we undertook maintenance on the front façade, unclogging rainwater pipes and repairing cornices using an elevated work platform (EWP) for access.
